At Couturise, we believe style should reach you without extra costs or complications. That’s why we offer free shipping on every order within the United States — no minimums, no exceptions.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Time

• Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days to arrive, depending on your location in the US.
• Please note: weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping Cost

• Always free. Every product, every order, everywhere in the US.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship only within the United States.
• Orders are processed from our Arizona HQ and shipped from our Hong Kong fulfillment center.

Delays & Exceptions

We work hard to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

• High order volumes during peak seasons
