Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece from Couturise. If something doesn't quite meet your expectations, we've made the return process simple and stress-free.

Return period

  • You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition and have the original labels and packaging.

Refund period

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

What can be returned

  • Clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage.
  • The original packaging and labels must be included.

What cannot be returned

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

How to initiate a return

  1. Send us an email at support@couturise.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will then send you the return instructions and shipping label.
  3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at the specified shipping provider.

Shipping costs for returns

  • Return shipping is free of charge if the item is defective or we have made a mistake.
  • For other reasons (size, change of mind, etc.), the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, please return the item and place a new order.
