Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love every piece from Couturise. If something doesn't quite meet your expectations, we've made the return process simple and stress-free.
Return period
- You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused condition and have the original labels and packaging.
Refund period
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
What can be returned
- Clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage.
- The original packaging and labels must be included.
What cannot be returned
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
How to initiate a return
- Send us an email at support@couturise.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will then send you the return instructions and shipping label.
- Pack your items securely and drop them off at the specified shipping provider.
Shipping costs for returns
- Return shipping is free of charge if the item is defective or we have made a mistake.
- For other reasons (size, change of mind, etc.), the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, please return the item and place a new order.
