Here's the process: Within 2 to 4 days of your purchase, you'll receive an email featuring your art. You can request revisions until it meets your expectations. Once you're pleased with the result, we'll proceed to production and ship your product.

How does it works?

1 - Order Placement: Upon placing your order, our designers immediately commence their work.


2 - Art Preview (1-2 weeks): Our team initiates the drawing process for your design after the order is placed. You will receive an email to approve or request unlimited revisions.


3 - Unlimited Revisions: Your satisfaction is our priority. Feel free to request changes, as we offer unlimited revisions.


4 - Production (1 to 3 days): Once your design is approved, we swiftly transition into the production phase, which typically takes 1 to 3 days.


5 - Final Steps & Shipping: After production, your order undergoes careful preparation for shipping. For specific delivery times, please consult our Shipping Policy. Various shipping options are also available during checkout.

Is it possible to preview the design prior to making a purchase?

As our designs are handmade, we do not provide previews before orders are placed.

Nevertheless, we provide unlimited revisions and only proceed to ship your product once you've given your approval. This ensures your satisfaction with the final piece.

What is the expected turnaround time?

1 - Design Preview (1-2 weeks): Once your order is placed, our designers get to work. You will receive an email showcasing your design within 1-2 weeks. Take your time to review it.


2 - Production (1-3 Business Days): After your approval, we enter production mode, completing the process in 1 to 3 days.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the design?

To fulfill our commitment to meeting our customers' needs, we consistently strive for your 100% satisfaction with the design before shipping.

Is your artistic focus limited to drawing pets and couples?

We don't have a photo together, can you create the design?

Certainly! We have the capability to use a photo from each member and merge them into a cohesive design. Kindly send us an email at contact@couturise.com, and we'll assist you in selecting the best photos.

Is it possible to cancel my order or request a refund?

Please be advised that, due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that order cancellations cannot be accommodated once they have been placed.
